TRX Suspension Straps – Their Going With Me To Germany
OK, so I’ve got this business trip this Saturday and I told my wife that I was looking forward to using my TRX Suspension Straps in some of the cool parks and hiking areas that I’ll be around in Germany.
Her response cracked me up.
It went something like this:
Me: I’m looking forward to taking my straps to Germany
Wife: You can’t take my straps! How will I do my workouts?
Me: Use the homemade ones.
Wife: I don’t want to use those, they’re all dirty and not very nice
Maybe you had to be there, but all I could do was crack up.
The fact is, I could take my homemade ones but since they’re two separate straps, they’re not as convenient to use in a hotel room or at some random spot on a hiking trail.
My wife AND two daughters do enjoy having the TRX straps hanging in the living room. You can’t see it in the picture, but I’ve screwed an eye bolt into one of my ceiling rafters and attached the straps to that. I thought I was going to catch some grief from my interior designer wife because it’s not the most appealing thing to see when you walk into our house. Surprisingly, she was OK with it because it makes it so easy to grab hold and start doing some form of training at any time.
My girls love “em cause it’s like an indoor swing-set. They don’t even realize they’re working their muscles every time they start “playing” with it. There’s almost no time they’re in there watching TV where one of them isn’t doing some kind of swinging or stretching.
What parent wouldn’t love that. Their kids actually exercising instead of being a couch potato.
